Andrew Pollard
Associate Attorney
Andrew Pollard is an associate attorney with Rodgers Waters Law. Andrew was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2022 and has since practiced in various areas of litigation in state courts throughout North Carolina.
Andrew began his career working in insurance defense at Brown Crump Vanore & Tierney, where he provided litigation support in areas of negligence, premises liability and legal research. During law school Andrew worked for Davis & Hamrick, LLP and Grimes Yeoman, PLLC, where he worked on both sides of the aisle on a variety of personal injury cases including dog bites, slip and falls, and motor vehicle accidents.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Baylor University and received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school he was a member of the American Association for Justice Trial Team and a member of the Journal of Law and Policy. For his dedication to trial practice in law school he was inducted into the Order of Barristers in 2022.
In addition to practicing law, Andrew enjoys spending time cooking, playing tennis, and collecting gems and minerals from around the world.
